2. Sandblasting
A treatment process in which a sandblasting machine is used to spray onto the surface of a titanium substrate with the help of compressed air power. Sand is sprayed onto the substrate for impact grinding to remove impurities, variegated colors, and oxide layers on the surface. At the same time, the sandblasting machine roughens the surface of the titanium substrate, increases the effective contact area of the titanium surface, and enhances the adhesion between the coating and the titanium surface.
The key point of sandblasting is that the pockmarks and pockmarks should be evenly sprayed, and spraying should not be missed.

3. Annealing
Annealing is a metal heat treatment process in which the metal is slowly heated to a certain temperature, kept for a sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate speed.
When blanking, some materials are bent or deformed. We can use some methods and tools to make simple corrections so that they will not affect the next work too much. However, after the local high temperature of welding and the air pressure of sandblasting, the deformation of the titanium substrate will be obvious.

4. Brushing
Apply the prepared precious metal liquid evenly on the substrate with a brush, and then dry it in a drying oven, so that the liquid can quickly combine with the substrate and prevent the traces left when the liquid flows down the substrate. In the first 5 brushings, the liquid can be applied more and can fill the surface of the substrate. It is necessary to brushless liquid on the back so that the liquid can be applied more evenly, and at the same time, it can also cover the area where the brush was painted in front so that the coating is beautiful. It is required to wear a mask when brushing, the environment, ventilation, and dust-free, especially not to see the water. To ensure the purity of the liquid and the beauty of the board surface.
5. Baking
The plates are dried, put into a furnace that has reached a certain temperature and kept warm for a certain period of time, and pulled out to cool and oxidize naturally. Then enter the next program.
Repeat the procedure: brushing, drying, heating, and heat preservation, and cooling.

6. Cutting
After determining the shape, quantity, or quality of materials required to make a certain equipment or product, the operation process of removing materials of a certain shape, quantity or quality from the whole or a whole batch of materials.
After selecting the materials, make a certain shape and quantity according to the drawings and customer requirements. Scribe, dot, mark, and punch holes. Whether it needs to be polished, it must be operated strictly according to the requirements of the drawing. Reasonably plan the processing technology to reduce loss. Cutting must be precise.
7. Dosing
According to the actual needs of customers to configure precious metal solutions. Usually, the liquid preparation is prepared the day before the brush layer is planned because the prepared liquid can only be used after a period of drying. While drying, it needs to be stirred constantly to prevent the liquid from settling.
8. Pickling

Oxalic acid can not only effectively remove the blue scale on the substrate during annealing, but also make the surface of the substrate rougher and remove surface impurities through corrosion.
Always pay attention to the changes in the titanium substrate during pickling to prevent the formation of titanium oxalate on the surface of the substrate.
